I got a call from a client that said there backup drive was not working, they had tried testing on another computer. tried new cables and tested the power supply. I called past my clients business and picked the external hard drive up. Once I had it in Jarvtechs workshop we dismantled external chassis to only the internal hard drive. We then connected it to a SATA port in the computer. The disk spun up. We then transferred 98GB of data from old 2008 hard drive to modern external backup device.
