You may want to see the messages a certain email has send, receiving or quarantined. Navigate over to Message trace for Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
Navigate to the login page:
Select : Mail Flow then message trace.

Select start a trace.

Choose your options.

View your report.

This is a quick report, there are many options for checking your email history, be aware that the report will need to generated and email will be sent to you once the report is ready.
